The 25th episode of iFilm period drama 'Passing through the Hardships', airing tonight at 23:00 GMT (2:30 Tehran time), delves deep into a web of hostility and revenge.

In this gripping installment, tensions escalate as Tirdad, fueled by a deep-rooted grudge, dares to confront the once-mighty Shamsollah, who now lies motionless and confined to his bed, teetering on the brink of death.

Shamsollah, a once-prominent and wealthy figure in the village, finds himself at the mercy of Tirdad's blatant threats.

Tirdad, having cunningly earned the trust of Shamsollah's family and marrying Katayoun, Shamsollah's daughter-in-law, seeks to expose his simmering animosity.

With his father having suffered mistreatment at the hands of Shamsollah in the past, Tirdad yearns for retribution, determined to unveil the true nature of the once-powerful man.

Driven by a desire to gain control over Shamsollah's considerable wealth, Tirdad hatches a devious plan. He sets his sights on forging Shamsollah's signature and replicating his fingerprint, scheming to manipulate his way into the old man's assets.

As the drama unfolds, the intricate layers of deceit and treachery become increasingly entangled, setting the stage for a captivating climax.

Directed by Fereydoun Hassanpour, each episode will repeat the next day at 05:00, 11:00 and 17:00 (all GMT times).

‘Passing through the Hardships’ narrates the most troubled life story of a woman named Donya. On the show, we will see how misery accompanies the poor woman from birth to death.

Among the cast members of the flick are Pejman Bazeghi, Bijan Emkanian, Mehran Rajabi, Payam Dehkordi and the late Iranian actress Mahchehreh Khalili.
