Azar is to infuriate Assdollah in iFilm English TV’s ‘The Patriarch’.

Azar has already told Nasser, auntie and her mother that she is not going to live in Assdollah’s house. And when the entire family is gathering to have dinner, she informs Assdollah about her decision.

But Assdollah cannot cope with such a rebellious decision. That’s what infuriates Assdollah and his anger may turn the house into a living hell.

Directed by Akbar Khajouee, 'The Patriarch' is about an Iranian family under the firm grip of an old-fashioned patriarch, Assdollah.

He rules his family with unwavering authority, and his every word is treated as absolute law.

None dare to challenge or question him, and even his adult children, after they are married and have families of their own, remain under his watchful eye.

However, the dynamics of the family begin to shift when his youngest son, Nasser, prepares to get married, and his future bride refuses to accept Assdollah's terms.
