'Factor 8' to hit iFilm English playlist

iFilm English TV is set to premiere 'Factor 8' on September 1, 2023.

The show, directed by Reza Karimi, revolves around Mahtab, a doctor whose son has a rare disease.

Unfortunately, the medicine he needs, called Factor 8, is in short supply due to economic sanctions imposed by the West.

Determined to help her son, Mahtab decides to manufacture the drug within the country, but she faces challenges from opportunists.

The cast includes Setareh Eskandari, Behzad Khodaveisi, Pejman Bazeghi, Ladan Tabatabaee, Iraj Rad, Fariba Naderi, Kourosh Soleymani, Amir-Kaveh Ahaninjan, and the late Hassan Joharchi.

'Factor 8,' produced in 2009, will replace the series 'Four Wheels' and will be broadcast at 18:00 GMT (21:30 Tehran time).

Each episode of 'Factor 8' will be repeated the following day at 00:00, 09:00, and 15:00 (all GMT times).

The series consists of 16 episodes.
