Old friends, new enemies to meet in ‘Solace of the Heart’: iFilm cut

Jahan will eventually track down and talk with his old friend Atabak in the 10th episode of 'Solace of the Heart’, to be aired at 20:00 GMT tonight.

After so many years, Atabak has succeeded to sneak his way back to his family, the ones he left behind following a financial problem he had.

He claims the one behind all his misery is Jahan, the man who later married Atabak’s wife and fathered her children.

Jahan, on the other hand, denies his claims and does everything in his power to talk Atabak out of his life.

Will the two men meet each other half way and end this vendetta?

Co-produced by Mehran Maham and Iraj Mohammadi, and directed by Hossein Soheilizadeh, 'Solace of the Heart’ is about Rana's relentless search for her missing daughter.

Her life takes a sharp turn when she receives a call from a woman named Yalda, who claims to possess her daughter's necklace.

Initial assumptions lead everyone to believe that Yalda could be the long-lost daughter. However, the unfolding mysteries of Yalda's past gradually reveal the potential to unravel deep-seated family bonds.

The ensemble cast features renowned talents such as Shahin Taslimi, Abdolreza Akbari, Shahrokh Estakhri, Mohammad Hatami, Fariba Kosari, Siavash Kheirabi, Parviz Fallahipour, the late Zohreh Fakour-Sabour, Sahar Qoreyshi, and Samaneh Pakdel.

Airing daily at 20:00 GMT, 'Solace of the Heart’, originally made in 2009, is comprised of 35 segments.
