Catch proposal ceremony in ‘Sweet and Sour’: iFilm cut

Get ready for a fun proposal ceremony to come to you on the 13th episode of iFilm English TV Channel’s fan favorite comedy series ‘Sweet and Sour’.

Amidst all the chaos of Jahan and Nostrat’s new-found family, a young man comes to ask Sheida’s hand in marriage. However, Nasser with his buffoonery is enough to turn any serious meeting awry.

They will talk of anything even the size of kiwis but the main thing the meeting is about.

Things will get out of hand when one of Jahan’s creditors will show up at the door with a police officer.

Directed by Reza Attaran, the hilarious comedy series airs every evening at 18:00 GMT. Each episode of the show will be repeated three times the next day after original screening at 00:00, 09:00 and 15:00 all GMT times.

‘Sweet and Sour’ is the funny story of a middle-aged woman, who is forced to start selling pickles on the street after her husband passes away.

A rich carpet salesman meets and falls in love with her but their families are opposing their union, and that is just the beginning of their patchy romantic journey.

The series cast list includes Shohreh Soltani, Majid Salehi, Hamid Lolaee, Ahmad Pourmokhber, Reza Shafiee-Jam, Maryam Amir-Jalali, Anahita Hemmati, and the director himself, who also appears in the show.
