iFilm English TV to start airing ‘The First Night of Peace’

iFilm English TV Channel’s ‘The First Night of Peace’ has been scheduled to go on air from Monday.

Airing of the series, produced by Saeed Shahsavari and directed by Ahmad Amini, is to be started on June 10, 2024.

The series is a social drama which depicts the rivalry of two female university students for marriage.

Azar is planning to marry one of his classmates, Alireza.

Azar’s best friend Noushin is madly in love with Alireza and tries her best to stop their marriage taking place.

Noushin’s brother, Farzad used to be Azar’s fiancé but leaves her when he goes abroad.

Noushin makes her brother return, telling Azar that her previous love is on his way back to Iran.

Old memories are revived for Azar and she refuses to marry Alireza on her wedding day.

The cast list of the series includes Amir Aqaee, Atila Pesyani, Mahtaj Nojoumi, Parviz Pour-Hosseini, Yekta Nasser, Akram Mohammadi, Shabnam Qolikhani, and Mehdi Pakdel.

‘The First Night of Peace’, made in 2005, will replace ‘The Redemption’, to be aired at 23:00 GMT.

iFilm English TV will also repeat each episode of the series the following day at 05:00, 11:00 and 17:00. The series comes in 24 episodes.
