iFilm English TV to broadcast ‘The Maple’

Iranian series ‘The Maple’ is to start airing on June 16, 2024.

iFilm English TV Channel’s ‘The Maple’ has been scheduled to go on air from Sunday.

Airing of the series, produced by Mohammad-Kambiz Darabi and Majid Molaee, written by Farzad Farzaneh and directed by Behrang Tofiqi, will start on June 16, 2024, at 21:00 GMT.

iFilm English TV will also repeat each episode of the series the following day at 02:00, 06:00 and 13:00.

In the series, Mahmoud owns a tea and rice factory and is famous for the reputation of the factory. He has a son named Masoud and a daughter named Maedeh.

With Mahmoud's insistence, Masoud marries his cousin Mahtab, who is a surgeon, but since Masoud works as a park ranger and their marriage is forced, they do not understand each other and decide to divorce after five years.

On the other hand, Peyman, Vahid's brother who works for Mahmoud, has fallen in love with Maedeh, but Mahmoud is against it and rejects Peyman's proposal to Maedah. Later, Mahmoud agrees to the proposal but life is strange!

The cast list of the series includes Rouzbeh Hesari, Pejman Bazeghi, Payam Dehkordi, Mehdi Soltani-Sarvestani, Esmaeel Mehrabi, Fariba Motekhasses, Mina Vahid, Mohammad Sadeqi, Hamoun Seyyedi, Alireza Ara, Daryoush Salimi and Nasrin Babaee.

‘The Maple’, made in 2021, will replace ‘Yavar’. The new series comes in 38 episodes.
