Time-traveler meets his old pal after 24 years in the seventeenth episode of iFilm English TV Channel’s ‘The Fifth Sun’.

Homayoun is surprised, asking “Didn’t you promise to come back in two days my old friend? … Do you realize 24 years have passed since that day Mohsen?”

“24 years for you. But for me, it is just the first day,” Mohsen answers.

Produced by Davoud Hashemi and directed by Alireza Afkhami, ‘The Fifth Sun’ narrates the story of a poor young man named Mohsen, who lives in war-stricken Tehran, along with his mother and sister.

Things change for him when he finds a mysterious sun pendant that causes him to travel 20 years a head in time.

Now he needs to make sense of everything that’s happened and figure out a way to get back to the life in his own time.
