Qaedi, Shahram (1975, Qir and Karzin)

Shahram Qaedi was born in Fars Province in central Iran but relocated to Tehran in 1991 to pursue acting. 

He took acting lessons in Tehran and began stage acting. He eventually helped some famous directors to cast actors on different projects before making his breakthrough in ‘License plate 11’ in 1996. 

He subsequently appeared in ‘Return of the Swallows’ (1997). He made his film debut in Hatami Kia’s ‘Low Heights’ (2000) which was very well received. 

Qaedi has not limited himself to specific stereotypical parts and has challenged himself with different roles.

Some of his movies include ‘Report Card Day’ (2002), ‘Rules of the Game’ (2006) and ‘Private Precinct’ (2008).

Shahram has also appeared in series such as ‘My Dad’s Inheritance’ (2005), ‘The Residential Base’ (2007), 'Three by Four' (2008), ‘The Fifth Sun’ (2009), ‘Four Wheels’ (2011), ‘Five Kilometers from Heaven’ (2011), ‘The Times’ (2012), ‘Khatoon’ (2014), ‘The Mystery of the Shah’ (2015).
