Culprit explains how she killed an agent in ‘Kimia’

In the thirty fifth episode of iFilm English TV Channel’s ‘Kimia’, the culprit explains how she killed a SAVAK agent.

While Mehri is explaining the crime scene, Kimia says “That didn’t happen. I took his gun. It was me.

So, what really happened is still somewhat ambiguous. That is why the man in charge of the murder case asks Kimia to give her version of the incident.

Produced by Mohammad-Reza Shafiee and directed by Javad Afshar, each episode of the series is aired daily at 22:00 GMT and repeated the next day at 04:00, 10:00, and 16:00.

The 110-episode drama delves deep into significant events in Iran’s contemporary history through the life of its central character, Kimia Parsa.

The series chronicles the journey of Kimia, a young girl from Khorramshahr, as she navigates through some of the most pivotal moments in modern Iranian history.

From the reign of the last Shah, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, to the Islamic Revolution and the devastating Iran-Iraq war under Saddam Hussein, Kimia’s story is one of resilience amid hardship.

Despite the pain and sorrow she endures, Kimia’s hope and determination drive her forward.

The cast list includes renowned actors such as Azita Hajiyan, Mehraveh Sharifinia, Mehdi Soltani-Sarvestani, Gelareh Abbasi, Pouriya Poursorkh, Hassan Pourshirazi, Reza Kianian, Niki Karimi,  Mehdi Pakdel, and Amir-Hossein Arman.
