Nostalgia sparks as ‘Kimia’ filming locations revisited

A newly released video showing the filming locations of the popular Iranian series ‘Kimia’, directed by Javad Afshar, has captured widespread attention.  

Shared by Iranian media, the footage highlights how the locations have transformed over the years, evoking a wave of nostalgia among fans of the acclaimed series. 

The video has reignited memories of ‘Kimia’, a series currently airing on iFilm English TV every night at 22:00 GMT.

The show, centered on the interplay between social developments and family dynamics, portrayed the struggles of Kimia, a determined young woman who faces a daunting conspiracy to protect her family. 

‘Kimia’ features a star-studded cast, including  Mehraveh Sharifinia, Mehdi Pakdel, Azita Hajiyan, Mehdi Soltani-Sarvestani, Gelareh Abbasi, Pouriya Poursorkh, Hassan Pourshirazi, Reza Kianian, and Niki Karimi, making it one of the most memorable Iranian productions.
