iFilm English TV to offer ‘Sara’

iFilm English TV Channel’s feature film ‘Sara’ has been scheduled to go on air on August 9, 2025.

The movie, written, produced and directed by Daryoush Mehrjouee, will be aired on Saturday night.

In the movie, a young woman borrows money from her husband’s friend to take her spouse abroad for life-saving medical treatment.

Upon her return to Iran, Sara decides to work hard to pay back the money, but things don’t turn out the way she had expected.

The cast list of the movie includes Amin Tarokh, Khosro Shakibaee, Niki Karimi, Mahvash Vaqari, and Farhad Aslani.

‘Sara’, made in 1992, is scheduled to go on air at 22:00 GMT.

iFilm English TV will also repeat the movie the next day at 04:00, 10:00 and 16:00.
