Elder’s philosophical perspective takes the lead in ‘The Couples’

In the twenty ninth episode of iFilm English TV Channel’s ‘The Couples’, the elder’s philosophical perspective takes the lead.

Kamal and Ali have gone to a tollbooth around Tehran, where Kamal’s philosophical and poetic viewpoint changes how Ali sees the place.

Codirected by Bijan Birang and Masoud Rassam, ‘The Couples’ hits the air daily at 22:00 GMT. Each episode is also repeated the next day at 04:00, 10:00 and 16:00.

It tells the popular story of two couples who are supposed to be neighbors in the same apartment.

Kamal and Mahin are one of the two couples who are older; and Ali and Maryam are the other two couples who are younger.

Later, it turns out that Kamal is Maryam's uncle, which Maryam did not know about.

The story of the series is about the adventures and preoccupations of these neighbors.

The most notable on the cast list are Mehraneh Mahin-Torabi, Elham Pavehnejad, Ferdows Kaviani, Farhad Jam, Behrouz Baqaee, and Mahtaj Nojoumi.
