Fereydoun, a young and very enthusiastic farmer, considers marriage as a limitation, but his uncle and mother have other ideas. To get away from an arranged marriage he runs away to Tehran where he falls in love in the first moments. Now he does want to get married, but the girl's father says his son-in-law has to be rich. Thus Fereydoun embarks on a series of risky and often downright ridiculous ventures to make a fast buck.
