Iran short film ‘Gray Umbrella’ has been scheduled to go on the silver screen at the 6th edition of International Fantasy & Horror Film Festival in Serbia.
The flick is accepted to compete with hundreds of works which represent the cinematography of the participant countries in the Serbian film event.
Directed by Mohammad Poustindouz, the film narrates the story of a man who lives with an old permanent habit till a man with a gray umbrella walks into his life.
It is a literary adaptation of Fernando Sorrentino's 'There's a Man in the Habit of Hitting Me on the Head with an Umbrella'.
The film has been screened in several international film festivals such as Corti a Ponte Short Film Festival in Italy.
Fantasy & horror film festival has been organized for the first time in October 2013. It is an event to showcase horror and fantasy films which survived the countless transformations from the very beginnings of cinema.
The 2018 edition of the event is slated for October 25-28.
