A doc on Abbas Kiarostami to be made

Abbas Kiarostami's impact on Iranian contemporary art is to be the subject of a documentary film.

Directed by Mehdi Shadizadeh, 'Along with the wind' will investigate how Iranian art has been influenced by the Palme d'Or winner director Abbas Kiarostami.

According to a media report, Iranian artistic and cultural figures will talk about the late director's footprint in Iranian art.

Shadizadeh told to media that Kiarostami's art has been various; not only he has been a director but also he has also been a painter and photographer.

He added that you could find traces of the great artist in other branches of art too.
