Iran, Int'l films to be screened in Tehran

Lineup of six foreign and Iranian short films have been selected to be screened at the Iran Art and Experience cinema group.

The films will go on screen during a program titled 'Forum Expanded' which will be held on October 20, 2018.

The program is the result of collaboration between Iranian 'Art and Experience' cinema group and the German embassy in Iran.

The list of films to be shown includes:

'Bruce Lee in the Land of Balzac' by Maria Thereza Alves from France

'Eavesdrop' by Mohammad-Reza Farzad from Iran

'Have you ever Killed a Bear? Or Becoming Jamila' by Marwa Arsanios from Lebanon

'On Construction of Griffith's Films' by Harun Farocki from Germany

'Today in June 11th, 1993' by Clarissa Timmons from Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina

'Xenogenese' by Akihiko Morishita from Japan

The Forum Expanded is a program independently curated and organized by Arsenal (Institute for Film and Video Art as part of the Berlin International Film Festival or Berlinale).
