Iran actress joins new project

ifilm star Parinaz Izadyar has joined the cast team of Iran brand new movie 'Latyan' by Ali Teymouri.

Iran actress Parinaz Izadyar as well as award-winning actor Amir Jadidi are the two names whose presence in the film has been confirmed.   

'Latyan' is to be the second cinematic collaboration between Parinaz Izadyar and Amir Jadidi after 'Hattrick'.

Set to be a star-studded production, the flick will start shooting early winter this year.

Izadyar received popular acclaim in Iran after her series ‘Five Kilometers to Heaven’ which was broadcast from Iranian TV in 2011.

Some of Izadyar’s other series include ‘Like a Nightmare', ‘Shahrzad’, 'It Might Happen to You' and ‘The Times’.

Izadyar has appeared in a number of movies, including ‘No Men Allowed’ (2010), ‘Here, without Me’ (2010), ‘Hotline’ (2013) and ‘360 Degree’ (2014).

Her acting in ‘Life and a Day’ (2015) won her the Crystal Simorgh of the Best Actress in a Leading Role from the 34th edition of Fajr Film Festival.
