The poster for Iranian feature film 'Sophomore Year of My School' directed by Rasoul Sadr-Ameli has been unveiled.
Designed by Ebrahim Haqiqi, the poster was unveiled on Wednesday.
'Sophomore Year of My School' is competing along with nine other films at the New Look (Negah-e No) section of the 37th Fajr Film Festival.
“Mahtab and Ava are college sophomores who go on a few-day trip from Tehran to Isfahan, along with a number of their classmates,” the film's plot summary reads.
The cast of the movie includes Ali Mosaffa, Pedram Sharifi, Vishka Asayesh, Babak Hamidiyan, Shaqayeq Farahani and Maryam Boubani.
The festival coincides with the Ten-Day Fajr ceremonies across Iran, marking the 40th anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution.
Since its establishment in 1982, the Fajr Film Festival has played a vital role in the development of Iranian Cinema.
Supervised by Iran’s Ministry of Culture, the festival hosts veteran directors and new filmmakers from Iran every year.
The 37th edition of the Fajr Film Festival kicked off on January 30, 2019, and will run until February 11 in Tehran.
