Turkish star on new Iranian flick ‘Beautiful Jinn’ says in an interview she was amazed by Iranian historic city of Isfahan known as “Half of the World."
Nurgul Yesilcay, female lead of the Iranian box office flick by Bayram Fazli said in a media interview that Isfahan is a "beautiful country which she sometimes misses."
I'm so happy that the flick shooting was slated in the city, she said, adding, however, that "I didn’t have the chance to see other places" in Iran.
The famed Turkish actress also said in teaser trailer of the flick, “Isfahan is my beautiful city,” conversing in the Persian language.
'Beautiful Jinn’ is a social drama with comic traits. Yesilcay plays the role of a character named ‘Delaram’, who is hearing impaired due to some past trauma.
Produced by Mehrdad Farid, the flick uses less music in the movie and instead makes the drama concentrate on sounds.
