ifilm to air finale for ‘No.1 Tehran’

ifilm English channel has set to air final episode for the series ‘No.1 Tehran’ on Wednesday night.

The series produced by Farhad Faraj-Nezam and directed by Mehdi Mazloumi, is a social comedy tinted with some urban issues in an apartment building.

The comedy series is set in a multi-floored apartment building, portraying the daily lives of residents from differing social classes, and sometimes with extremely opposing views and lifestyles.

Despite all the tensions which arise from rudimentary problems of modern-day apartment life, the neighbors learn how to co-exist and enjoy what they have in common.

The series cast list includes Arjang Amir-Fazli, Ashkan Khatibi, Mahtaj Nojoumi, Borzou Arjmand, Alireza Khamseh, Daryoush Moaddabian, Ali Aqaee, Nahid Moslemi, Marzieh Sadraee, and Shahrzad Abdolmajid.

‘No.1 Tehran’, produced in 2012, will be replaced by the series ‘The Billionaire’ made by Alireza Amini.
