Houman Seyyedi to direct new series

ifilm star of ‘Until Being with Sorayya’ Houman Seyyedi is to direct and act in a star-studded series ‘Frog’.

The new project that will produce for home market is considered as the director’s debut series to helm.

A tag line for the series reads, “The world is a small place for me. Sometimes, I feel I’m choking. I feel everywhere is confined and I can’t breathe.”

Young and prominent Iranian actor Navid Mohammadzadeh has been cast to play in the flick. This counts as Seyyedi and mohammadzadeh’s fourth collaboration after ‘Thirteen’, ‘Sound and Fury’ and the award-winning hit ‘The Sheeple’.

Saber Abar and Sahar Dolatshahi also among the cast are two distinguished Iranian actors both nationally and internationally.

The rest of the cast list reads as Fereshteh Hosseini, Navid Pourfaraj and the director himself.

According to a media report, some parts of the project will be filmed overseas.
