'Corpse Bride' walks on Tehran stage with standing ovation

Musical theater play 'Corpse Bride' has been staged in Iranian capital city of Tehran with standing ovation of impressive audiences.

New footage has been released from the impressive theater performance captured in the night following premiere at the Espinas Palace Hotel in Tehran.

Directed by Omid-Reza Sepehri, the new theatrical project is an eponymy adapted from Tim Burton and Mike Johnson’s stop-motion feature.

According to an earlier media report, the live musical performance of the play is done under the baton of famed Iranian conductor Mehdi Norouzi who has listed collaboration with Richard Clayderman on his resume.

“Victor: I apologize for what has happened to you. Emily: You should also forgive me as I love this incident so much,” a description of the theater reads.

Niki Karimi and Amir Jafari costar in the theater production along with Milad Keymaram and Shaqayeq Dehqan.
