‘Russian’ to premier in Iran cinemas this summer

Amir-Hossein Saghafi’s latest feature film ‘Russian’ is to public screen this summer.

In a media report, Ali-Akbar Saghafi, the producer of the flick, has announced that he wants to have the film premiere in Iranian cinemas in the coming months and summer 2019.

Film Afarin which is a film distributing company has been contracted to take the film to the big screens. It is also said that Book Garden Cineplex will be the lead cinema group to screen the film.

Written by Amir-Hossein Saqafi, the film which has been shot in over 36 different locations is a drama themed around social issues.

The main cast of the film consists of Amir Aqaee, Tannaz Tabatabaee, Saber Abar, Milad Keymaram and Kamran Tafti.

‘Russian’ director and producer have another new project at hand that is titled ‘The Alley of the Japanese’. This one will soon kick off filming stage.
