Mother of two Iranian martyrs invites cinema-goers to watch 'Night of the Full Moon', adding ifilm is her pick to keep herself busy.
Azam Mohsenidoust whose martyred daughter and son were the subject of Narges Abyar's latest offering was quoted by the local media as saying that "I appreciate what Ms Abyar did for me by making this movie about my children.”
She also asked people to watch 'Night of the Full Moon' at theaters so as to learn more about how much her children were oppressed.
As an interesting point for ifilmers, Mohsenidoust said, "I don’t frequently go to the movies and keep myself entertain with ifilm TV channel.”
Directed by Narges Abyar, the film premiered at the 37th edition of Fajr Film Festival.
This is Abyar's latest directing experience after her award-winning movie 'Breath'.
Currently being featured at Iranian cinemas, ‘Night of the Full Moon’ recounts a true love story of Abdul-Hamid Rigi, a member of the Jundallah terrorist group.
Actor Houtan Shakiba and actress Elnaz Shakerdoust play the male and female leads of the flick.
