'Setayesh' sister becomes actress

Sara Mohammadi, the sister of ifilm star Narges Mohammadi, has appeared in the Iranian series ‘Gando’.

Narges Mohammadi is most known to ifilmers with her role as Setayesh in ‘Setayesh’ series.

Her sister, Sara, has appeared as a young girl who is obsessed with photography in ‘Gando’.

Her character as Maryam Kolaee is an ambitious girl who falls into a complicated situation, trying to fulfill her dreams.

The series is a spy-thriller based on historical events which makes Javad Afshar’s 15th TV series.

A number of popular ifilm stars such as Daryoush Farhang, Leila Otadi, Sara Khoueeniha, Aliram Nouraei, Pendar Akbari, Kambiz Dirbaz, Mohammad-Reza Sharifinia, Kamand Amir-Soleymani, Farhad Qaemian are among the cast of Afshar’s series. It is also said that various foreign actors are starring in it.

Series like ‘Dirty Money’, ‘Brother’, ‘The Edge of Fire’, ‘Jaber ibn Hayyan’, ‘Kimia’, and ‘Like a Mother’ are some popular names to ifilm viewers, all of which have been directed by Javad Afshar.
