Iran’s short 'Gradual Death' (Marg-e Tadriji) has made it to the Mill Valley Film Festival (MVFF) in the US.
The film, formerly known as ‘Mirror’, will participate at the 42nd edition of the event which is slated for the following autumn.
Written and directed by Amin Sahraee, ‘Gradual Death’ is about a segment of the life of a girl in old Tehran.
The film, produced by Iranian Youth Cinema Society, was awarded at the Tehran International Short Film Festival.
“The relaxed and non-competitive atmosphere surrounding MVFF, gives filmmakers and audiences alike the opportunity to share their work and experiences in a collaborative and convivial setting,” the event’s website reads.
The 42nd edition of the MVFF will take place on October 3-13,2019.
