Iran’s ‘Repression’ reveals poster

Iranian feature ‘Repression’ has revealed a poster prior to hitting the domestic silver screens.

The poster for the new feature is designed by Meysam Mirzaee.

The screening contract for the film by Reza Gouran has been made and it is due to premiere in Iranian cinemas when Nima Javidi’s ‘The Warden’ goes out of release.

“He did something that made loyalty our day and night habit. Now, we are all faithful, but the one we are true to has been dead for a long time,” a brief synopsis for the flick reads.

Baran Kosari, Sara Bahrami, Pardis Ahmadieh, Artin Golchin, Asal Qaraee and Jamshid Hashempour are among the cast members of the new film.

This is the first feature film directed by Reza Gouran. He has so far directed some award-winning plays such as ‘Yerma’ which won him the Best Director award at the International Fajr Theater Festival.
