The 32nd edition of the International Film Festival for Children and Youth (ICFF) in Iran has unveiled poster.
The poster was designed by two popular Iranian poster designers Farshid Mesqali and Hamidreza Bidaqi.
Secretary of the festival Alireza Tabesh announced the slogan of the festival as “let’s build flood-hit children’s dream”.
He said “the festival will pay tribute to the children of Iran’s flood-affected areas”.
Some parts of Iran were hit by a flood this year and the people, especially children, went through a lot of hardships.
Tabesh emphasized the festival will screen movies in the flood-hit areas. The screenings will be done in the cooperation with Iranian Youth Cinema Society.
He also said “cineastes from Isfahan sister cities will participate at the festival. Juries, speakers, and filmmakers from Yerevan, Lahore, Kuala Lumpur, Hyderabad, South Korea, Saint Petersburg, and Florence will join the fest”.
Established in 1982, the ICFF is an annual film festival held in the historic city of Isfahan, Iran.
A wide range of quality feature, short and animation films from all around the world will be displayed at the event.
Also, daily workshops, panels and lectures by well-known Iranian and International cinematic figures are different parts of the event.
This edition of the festival is slated for August 19-26, 2019.
