Iran actor to go for US shooting

Farhad Aslani, star of ifilm series ‘Made in Iran’ has joined ‘Playing with Stars’ movie to be filmed in the US.

The latest offering of ‘Columbus’ director Hatef Alimardani will launch in the US some time in late September.

This marks the fourth collaborations between Aslani and the director following the works that include ‘Columbus’, ‘The Nameless Alley’ and ‘For Pouneh’.

‘Columbus’, a film that was shot in both Iran and the US, was a different type of comedy with many well-known actors.

Some of the cast members of the comedy are already familiar names to ifilm viewers.

Hanieh Tavassoli, Farhad Aslani, Saeed Pour-Samimi, Shabnam Moqaddami, and Majid Salehi are some of the well known names that have appeared in the comedy.
