‘A Minor’ launches production stage

New movie project titled ‘A Minor’ has kicked off production stage.

The film that has recently started filming will be Iranian veteran director Dariush Mehrjouee’s first film after six years of not being active in the arena of filmmaking.

‘A Minor’ has cast prominent stars such as Ali Nasiriyan, Siamak Ansari, Mehrdad Seddiqian and Ali Mosaffa.

Iranian rock vocalist has also been taken on to play a role in the flick too.

Reza Dormishian, who produced Mehrjouee’s dark comedy ‘The Orange Suit’, has also joined the production team of the new film.

The screenplay for Mehrjouee’s 26th film was jointly written by the director himself and Vahideh Mohammadifar.

ifilm viewers know Mehrjouee with ‘Sara’, ‘Mom’s Guest’, ‘The Orange Suit’ and ‘Leila’.
