Iran doc receives screening permit

Iran documentary feature film ‘A piece of Soil from Heaven’ has recently received screening permit.

Directed and produced by Hamed Ghani, ‘A piece of Soil from Heaven’ will be ready to go on screen once the technical stage is all through.

The doc piece kicked off shooting early this year.

‘A piece of Soil from Heaven’ is about Henna grinding profession (‘mazari’) which is a 700-year-old profession still practiced in the Iranian province of Yazd.
