Arbaeen animation for children, young adults

Iranian animators have released animated piece themed on Imam Hussein's (AS) Arbaeen with eulogy sung by Mohammad-Hossein Pouyanfar.

The animation titled 'Love means' was made for children and young adults as the target audience. Pouyanfar is a eulogist of Imam Hussein who performed an elegy incorporated into animated images.

Millions of pilgrims, including a record number of Iranians, have gathered in Iraq’s holy city of Karbala to commemorate Arbaeen, the 40th day after the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein, the third Shia Imam.

Among the pilgrims from around the world every year, many arrive in Karbala after trekking about 70 kilometers northward from the holy city of Najaf in a symbolic gesture honoring Imam Hussein (AS).
