Tehran’s Azadi Cinema has eight special screenings every night, the manager of the Azadi Cinema Complex announced.
Reza Saeedipour, the manager of the complex told the media that so far five movies have managed to enjoy special screening slots.
‘The Three Foreigners’, ‘Good, Bad, Flashy’, ‘Patrol 2’, ‘Midday Event’, and ‘A Special Day’ are the movies that have been received warmly by the audiences.
Masoud Radayi and Habib Esmaili produced the suspenseful drama ‘The Three Foreigners’, starring Iranian actors Hamid Farokhnejad, Pejman Jamshidi, Sam Derakhshani, Amin Hayayi and Mohammad-Reza Sharifinia.
The film tells the story of three police officers who come to Iran but run into complications during their mission.
Director Saeed Soheili’s thriller ‘Patrol 2’ tells the story of three criminals who have decided to live an honorable life.
‘Midday Event’ is directed by Mohammad Hossein Mahdavi and stars Hadi Hejazifar and Ahmad Mehranfar. The dramatic film is based on a true story and details the years after the Islamic Revolution.
Director Homayoun Asadian’s ‘A Special Day’ features actors such as Farhad Aslani, and Mostafa Zamani as well as actress Parinaz Izadyar. The movie is about a young man and the important decision he must make for his sister’s upcoming surgery.
Starring Pejman Jamshidi and Sam Derakhshani, the film narrates the story of a film director who has to use two superstars for his new film contrary to his desires.
