Visually-impaired people watch Iran flick

Visually-impaired people attended special screening session for Soroush Sehhat’s feature ‘Dance with Me’.

The screening was held at one of cineplexes in Iranian capital city of Thels while Hamed Behdad doing the naration, hosting Iranian people with visual impairment.

The cinema hall in Charsou cineplex is now equipted with special devices aiding the visually-impraired to enjoy the screenings of films in theatres.

The film that first screened at the 37th Fajr film Festival in Iran recounts the story of a man’s last birthday.

“Jahangir’s friends have gathered together to celebrate that one last birthday for him. This makes them reflect on where they are standing in their lives”, reads a brief synopsis for the film.

Ali Mossafa, Javad Ezzati, Hanieh Tavassoli, Pejman Jamshidi, Siavash Cheraghipour and Mehrab Ghasemkhani are among the cast members of the flick.
