The Mediawave International Film Festival in Hungary has set to host Iranian short film ‘Inner Self’.
Directed by Mohammad Hormozi, the 15-minute short fiction will be attending the competition program of the 30th edition of the Hungarian film event.
A brief synopsis for the short reads, “A female violinist wants to enter an office but as she is not attired appropriately for the place, she must stay in the waiting room. While waiting, she is inspired by the things that happen around her there”.
Niloufar Mohebbi, Mehrbanou Batebbi and Maryam Jamalipour are the cast members of the short.
‘Inner Self’ has so far attended a number of international film events, including the Grand Off film festival in Poland and the Dhaka International Film Festival in Bangladesh.
The 16th edition of Akbank Short Film Festival in Turkey will soon host the short too.
The Mediawave Film Festival accepts films with creative content from around the world.
The latest edition of the event will only hold an online competition which is slated for April 27- May 02, 2020.
