Greek actor talks about Iran mega-project

First behind-the-scenes footage from Iranian TV mega-project, ‘Salman the Persian’, has been released.

The project in the making directed by renowned Iranian filmmaker Davoud Mir-Baqeri is being filmed on Iran's Qeshm island.

The series shooting stage is expected to take five years, a report said, adding some international actors also appear in the historical-religious production funded by Iran's IRIB (Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting).

In the footage featuring behind-the-scenes of the series, a Greek actor playing in the project sits for an onset interview.

Mir-Baqeri’s 40-part biopic covers the life of one of Prophet Mohammad’s (PBUH) closest companions, Salman the Persian from adolescence until the prophet’s (PBUH) death and Salman’s return to his home city of Mada’in.
