Written, directed and produced by Iman Behrouzi, the 48-minute flick will be in competition at the Women’s Perspective section of the German event.
A brief synopsis for the doc reads, “A young filmmaker will move to Germany to study and make a better future for himself and doing so he has to leave love of his life behind”.
The film shows the love life of four Iranian women who live in the capital city of Tehran.
Behrouzi the creator of the flick is a young prominent Iranian filmmaker who has so far gained international recognition by the films he has made and also by attending the Talent Camp of Berlin International Film Festival in Germany.
The Gottingen International Ethnographic Film Festival accepts films with anthropological, sociological, Folkloric and historical background.
This year edition of GIEFF will hold online and it is slated for May 13-17.
