When Iran actor becomes Baku king

Star of ifilm movie 'Children of Heaven', Reza Naji, is set to appear in Iran-Azerbaijan Republic co-production. 

The actor who starred in mega-director Majid Majidi's masterpieces 'Childern of Heaven' and 'The Song of Sparrow' plays the King of Baku in a co-production with Azari and Iranian cast and crew.

He is featured as the only Iranian actor playing the role of a king who is opposing his daughter's will as she does not give her consent to tie the knot with a rich suitor. 

The co-production between Iran and Azerbaijan Republic, had its premiere at the Nizami Cinema Center, in Baku.

The actor was quoted by the media as saying that the flick titled 'The Castle of Love' was shot in Baku, adding that the joint-project will be screened in Iran as well as the Fajr International Film Festival.
