Iranian-Canadian short film ‘Funfair’ by Kaveh Mazaheri is set to participate at Tabor Film Festival in Croatia.
“Majid, a financially struggling man, comes up with a ploy in order to better the life of his wife Sara,” a synopsis for the film reads.
Earlier reports said Mazaheri’s film would also take part at the upcoming editions of the Herat International Women’s Film Festival in Afghanistan, the Bali International Film Festival in Indonesia, the Fastnet Film Festival in Ireland, and the KFF MARKET - Krakow Film Festival in Poland.
Tabor Film Festival is an international short film contest. Apart from the competitions, the event also includes film workshops and various exhibitions.
The festival is set to take place this summer.
