Two main cast members for the latest offering of Iran mega actor Asghar Farhadi have been unveiled.
Two-time Oscar winner Asghar Farhadi's 'A Hero' has taken on professional Iranian actors Amir Jadidi and Mohsen Tanabandeh.
The stars will appear in the flick along with a string of nonprofessional actors before Farhadi's camera and that 'A Hero' is set in Iranian city of Shiraz.
Tanabandeh has received Crystal Simorghs of the Best Actor in a Supporting Role for ‘Testimony for God’ (2007) and the Best Actor in a Leading Role for ‘The First Stone’ (2009) and ‘Seven Minutes to Autumn’ (2009) from Fajr Film Festival.
Producers for the new flick are Farhadi and regular collaborator Alexandre Mallet-Guy of Memento Films Production, which has made Farhadi’s last three films. Memento Films Distribution will release the film in France.
