‘The Pahlavi Hat’ actress shocks fans

Star of ifilm series ‘The Pahlavi Hat’ has departed this life at the age of 43, shocking her fans in Iran and abroad.

Iranian actress Parastou Salehi revealed the sad news on her social media page, announcing that Mahchehreh Khalili - who lived with her family in the UK - passed away on Friday, August 7.

The actress appeared in several ifilm series such as ‘Stairway to Heaven’ and ‘In the Eye of the Storm’.

Mahchehreh Khalili made her cinematic debut in 2002 with the movie ‘The Black Eyes’. She was the granddaughter of Iranian actress Parvin Soleimani. 

Over the loss of the beloved artist, ifilm website offers heartfelt condolences to the family and fans of the actress.
