Iran’s ‘Taxi is Here’ to vie in the US

Iranian short title ‘Taxi is Here’ (Your Snapp Arrived) has been selected to go on screen at the 4th edition of the Rosarito Film Festival in the US.

Written and directed by Sara Aqa-Babaeean, the short film is starring Shaqayeq Faryadshiran and Mehrzad Nour-Hosseini.

‘Taxi is Here’ has participated at several film festivals, including the 11th edition of the IndieFEST Film Awards in the US.

The Rosarito festival welcomes independent films and offers the works the opportunity to compete in the storyline, documentary and short film areas.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, there will be no film screening and the winners will be announced online.

This edition of the event will be held on August 12-16, 2020.
