The third edition of the Iran-Japan cultural cooperation has kicked off in Tokyo on August 10, 2020.
Over 100 cultural figures from Japan and Iran embassy were present at the inauguration ceremony.
A lineup of four films including ‘Villa Residents’, ‘Mothering’, ‘18%’ and ‘Azar’ was screened at the first day of the event.
The screening films are to be displayed with Japanese subtitles.
Being underway in Tokyo, a total of seven Iranian films (feature and documentary) are on screen at the event.
‘The Painting Pool’, ‘So Close, So Far’ and ‘Sweet Taste of Imagination’ are other titles to be screened at the festival.
