‘One Night in Tehran’ vying at US fest

Iranian short title ‘One Night in Tehran’ has been competing at the 4th edition of the Rosarito International Film Festival in the US.

The film, made by Farhad Najafi, is about a 30-year-old girl who is looking for happiness within the chaos of this swallowing world.

She, unaware of how her life is going to change forever, takes a cab at night.

The Rosarito film festival is also screening ‘Taxi is Here’ (Your Snapp Arrived), ‘Intense’, and the animated short film ‘Echo’, all from Iran.

The 4th edition of the Rosarito International Film Festival had been scheduled to be held in Los Angeles on August 12-16.

But its activities and screenings have been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic; so, the festival will publish the list of winners online.
