Isfahan, also known as “half the world”, is famous for its magnificent architecture, especially in its Naqsh-e Jahan Square, which has attracted millions of tourists over the past years.

But the city has seen a drop in the number of visitors as more people are opting to stay home during the pandemic, which has taken its toll on the tourism industry around the world.
