Iran director to make supernatural series

Director of ifilm hit series 'A Message from the Afterlife' is set to make supernatural TV production.

Sirous Moghaddam said on a talk show that he is working on a project themed on the supernatural as well as heaven and hell.

The director's 'A Message from the Afterlife' is one of his works themed on the supernatural that was aired on ifilm.

"Under a heavy load of debt, an aging businessman decides to get rid of all his problems by planning the unthinkable. He plans to fake death to get rid of his creditors. But after launching the evil plan, he realizes that everything is not as easy as he had thought,  a synopsis for ‘A Message from the Afterlife’ reads.

He said, "The main topic of this series is heaven and hell. I started my research work and God willing, it will get to the scriptwriting soon."

ifilm has screened other series by the director such as 'Madineh', 'The Wall' and 'Michael'.
