The Austrian Festival of Nations has granted Iranian short film 'Mina' with an award.
Nika shahbaz-zadeh, the film's star won the best actress award for her role in 'Mina' directed by Avazeh Shahnavaz.
It was the first international award of the film in its seventh international screening.
The film has also grabbed a nomination at the Stockholm Independent Film Festival in Sweden, to be held in December.
'Mina' is a 14-minute life story of a taxi driver in busy Tehran.
The Festival of Nations is the most important film festival in Austria with more than 700 entries from 55 countries every year.
The 48th edition of the festival was held on September 24-29, 2020.
