The new jury members include Leona Zharik and Mohammad Tawfik from Macedonia, as well as Carmine Sikarona and Asya Donsey from Italy.
They also include Fatemeh Saad and Sayyed Heidar Abbas from Pakistan, Tamara Mkhitaryan and Narek Avetisyan from Armenia, as well as Ruhani Singh and Anish Dat from India.
From Iran, Asal Bahador, Ahoura Aboli, Yeganeh Mohammadi, Mohammad-Sadra Beheshtiannejad were selected as jury members for the upcoming edition of the festival.
The jurors will judge seven feature films and three animated films online as the IFFCY will go virtual this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The 33rd International Film Festival for Children and Youth will take place on October 18- 23.
The festival aims to promote ethical values such as family unity, appropriate lifestyle, respect for humanity, self-esteem and social responsibility.
