‘Hunting of the Hunter’ has begun shooting after three months of preparations with the production team seeking to submit it to the 39th Fajr International Film Festival in Iran.
‘Hunting of the Hunter’ is about Zarrin, who was known for his pinpoint accuracy. He has inflicted heavy casualties on the Iraqi forces during an imposed war waged by Iraq’s former dictator Saddam Hussein and supported by some Western and regional states.
Zarrin was martyred during Kheibar Operation in 1984.
The 1980-88 war is commemorated in Iran every year as the eight years of Sacred Defense.
